Population Press is an independent publishing imprint dedicated to the visual arts discourse around reproductive choices and outcomes. The project seeks to produce and circulate new art historical, philosophical, and non-fiction writing on these topics with the long-term goal of highlighting and valuing difference within reproductive experiences.

With the first publication released in 2022, the press features artists making work about reproduction and child-rearing as related to an open-ended number of possible topics including: economic structures, medical care, political systems, environmental conditions, sexuality, race, education, housing, nationality, and gender.
